For nine years I have built software across every layer — the last several leading engineering teams and owning the architecture of the systems they build. I make the structural decisions that are expensive to reverse — how services divide, where data lives, which trade-offs are worth their cost — and I make them early, when they still matter. Based in Kathmandu, I have grown from a freelancer into a lead who can both set technical direction and remain answerable for the code itself.
What separates the work is that the architecture and the execution come from the same person. I am comfortable at every layer — interface, services, data, and infrastructure — so the design I draw on the whiteboard is one I can also build, review, and defend.
